Questionnaire data

Workflow Clarity does not require an account and does not intentionally store your questionnaire in a customer database. The browser sends it to the application for scoring. A signed copy is carried in the short-lived report link so the report can be regenerated after payment.

Do not submit sensitive data

Describe workflow categories only. Do not enter customer names, private records, credentials, confidential information, or regulated data.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and may collect contact, payment, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Workflow Clarity verifies payment status and purchase metadata to deliver reports and refunds.

Operational data

Hosting providers may process limited technical logs such as timestamps, browser information, and IP addresses for security and reliability. We do not sell questionnaire data.

Retention

Signed assessment links expire after 24 hours. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required for transaction, tax, fraud, and legal purposes.
